OUT OF CHARACTER

Backtagging: Yes please. I live all the way in Southeast Asia (GMT+8) so my schedule is different from most.

Threadhopping: Sure.

4th wall: No thank you.

Crosscanon: Always and forever YES.

Others: Due to previous experiences, I don't RP with malleable or silent protagonists (e.g. MMO player characters, gacha protagonists, Fire Emblem My Units, etc.), or fandom OCs, or interact with their players.

IN CHARACTER

Hugging: Yes. He's going to be so awkward over it, but yes.

Kissing: I'm open to it, but Isaac himself will always move away and be too flustered to respond well.

Flirting: That's fine, but he wouldn't be able to recognize flirting for what it is. He will only understand it when it's put bluntly.

Sex: I'm down, but Isaac is an overly skittish, anxious virgin. A lot of patience will go a long way with him, especially in getting him in bed in the first place.

Romance: I'm down, but as with sex, potential partners need a lot of patience and effort to work on getting him to even think about it. He's unused to being around people and deliberately avoided any kind of relationship with anyone for years.

Fighting: Sure. Isaac always fights in his suit, which can keep him safe in the harshest conditions such as entrance into the atmosphere, but outside of his suit he's easily beaten. He's still a little more solid due to his non-human blood, but overall Isaac is better in his suit rather than out.

Injuries: No permanent injuries or maiming please. I'm okay with scars.

Death: Depends on the situation. However, poison might not work because his body as a whole is... unusual, for lack of a better term. (He ate something that's literally poison to canon's local immortal beings and is completely fine, so... yeah.)

Telepathy/mind reading abilities: Sure. He has no mental defenses at all, and was easily breached the last time someone with mind-related powers tangoed with him.

Mind control: Depends on what he'll be doing under the influence. Run it by me first please.

Warnings: Isaac's pre-canon story is nothing to write home about, but the recent events he's starred in have graphic imagery of body horror, experimentation on human-looking people, mindfuckery, alien beings being creeps, techno-horror, being lost in space, and having to do terrible things to your loved ones to survive.
